Vacancy Announcement – Dialysis Technologist
Masood Hospital, a leading tertiary care facility in Lahore, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technologist to join our team.
Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Dialysis Technology or equivalent from a recognized institute
• Minimum 5 – 6 years of hands-on experience in a dialysis unit
• Strong understanding of dialysis machines, infection control, and patient safety protocols
• Must be a team player with good communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Oversee, operate and monitor dialysis machines and related equipment
• Oversee & ensure strict adherence to sterilization, hygiene & infection control protocols
• Monitor patient condition before, during, and after dialysis sessions
• Ensure compliance with Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) standards and documentation
• Oversee and is able to perform routine maintenance and monitoring of the RO (Reverse Osmosis) water treatment system
• Lead and supervise dialysis unit staff, ensuring smooth operations and teamwork
• Provide compassionate patient care, ensuring comfort and safety during procedures
• Educate patients and families on dialysis process and post-treatment care
• Structure staff rosters
