We are looking for an experienced and courteous Front Desk Manager to lead the reception and front office operations.
Requirements:
• Graduation
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in a customer-facing hospital/healthcare or hospitality role. Preference for front office manager experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Computer skills / knowledge must
• Have an understanding of healthcare specialities and procedures
• Fluent in English and Urdu
Responsibilities:
• System & Software command for implementing policies& procedures; Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs and data protection protocols
• Knowledge application to all areas of work
• Continuous capacity building of staff; Train and mentor front desk staff in communication, patient etiquette, and administrative processes
• Administrative reporting
• Consultant Clinic Service (registering, allotting rooms, name plates, overlook cleaning & stocking etc)
• Supervise OPD and front desk staff to ensure professional and efficient patient handling
• Manage patient queries and provide accurate information regarding services and appointments
• Oversee the admission and discharge process, ensuring timely coordination with clinical and nursing teams
• Ensure proper file closing and handover in line with hospital documentation protocols
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department to ensure accurate billing and payment processing (advance & further payments)
• Monitor and manage daily reception operations, including shift rosters, cleanliness, and visitor flow
• Handle patient / customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution through coordination with relevant departments
• Collect, document, and analyze patient feedback (testimonials via feed-back forms, videos, google reviews, Facebook etc) to support quality improvement initiatives
